Getting Started
Create or sign in to your Vault account, then add your first location such as Home, Office, Storage Unit, or another place you want to organize.
Adding Locations and Rooms
Locations help separate major places. Rooms help organize areas inside each location. You can add rooms such as Living Room, Garage, Kitchen, Closet, or Office.
Adding Photos, Pins, and Items
Add a photo to a room, tap the photo to place storage pins, then save item names, quantities, notes, and estimated values under each pin. This helps you remember exactly where items are stored.
Alexa Support
Vault can connect with Alexa so you can ask where saved items are located. Use the Alexa section inside the Vault menu to open the account linking process and follow the in-app instructions.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure you are signed in with the correct Vault account.
- Confirm your device has an internet connection when syncing or linking Alexa.
- If Face ID does not unlock Vault, sign in with email and password, then enable Face ID again.
- If Alexa cannot find an item, confirm the item is saved in Vault and that account linking completed.
